The topic of the current research is “The effect of cottage and palace life on people (people and society) from the perspective of Imam Khomeini.” The purpose of the research is to examine, from the perspective of Imam Khomeini, the nature and manner of living in cottages and palaces, as well as their impact on social life and human behavior.A qualitative approach and “documentary analysis” constitute the research methodology. In order to conduct research, the focus is on primary sources, which are the foundation of the research’s validity. The research demonstrates that in Islamic societies, palatialism and palatial architecture are corrupting and detrimental to society. Because it creates social distance, general mistrust, a weakened sense of solidarity and social cohesion, a sense of injustice, and ultimately social conflict. But the cottage style is distinct in addition to fostering solidarity, cohesion, and trust in the society, it lays the groundwork for more participation, since the purpose of every action and participation is to please God. As a result, in addition to motivating the activist, it promotes the reproduction of more participation and activity in the service of the community. The results indicate that a society with a nomadic spirit is stable and will grow and develop, and that enemies cannot harm the society during crises such as wars, seditions, and sabotage because the people and government, as a cohesive whole, reject and repel any strike.

Ibn Khaldun and Hegel are considered as the founders of "philosophy of history" in the Islamic world and the West, so the subject of this research is a description in order to examine how two thinkers, from two different traditions, faced the concept of philosophy of history. In this research, with a comparative method, we will first focus on the theoretical foundations of Ibn Khaldun's view in the book "Introduction", which provides a theoretical basis for thinking about the philosophy of history, and then we will explain how to enter Hegel's thought. Finally, how the philosophy of history is formed in his thought is discussed. From this point of view, trying to discover the essence of two sides of thought, apart from providing a path for two-sided dialogue, also enables comparison; an approach known as the phenomenological comparison method. The result of this comparison, taking into account the differences between the two thinkers, is common results in terms of history and the historical, political and social issues, a view that speaks of inevitable determinism and inevitable necessity in the movement of history.

Major method in philosophy and humanities until the middle of the nineteenth century was the causal method of explanation. With Hegel's new design of history, the dialectical method found a special place in the humanities. Hegel used dialectics with developments in the analysis of history and social events, using Greek dialectical principles that stopped at the field of thought. Marx also took a materialist approach to the dialectical analysis of history. Shariati was one of the first to introduce this method in Iran. Our aim in this article is to determine the extent of Shariati's imitation and innovation in the dialectical sense. Therefore, in a documentary way, we have analyzed the dialectical concept in his thought. According to Shariati, Aristotle's logic is mental and abstract. Shariati considers the application of this method in the Islamic world as an obstacle to scientific developments. Despite Maxr influence on Shariati his system of thought, his method differs significantly from the Marxist and Hegelian dialectics. Shariati opposes both dialectics on the basis of consciousness and materialism on the basis of it. In addition, he separates the second multiplication of dialectics and defines it outside the first multiplication, and does not consider the third multiplication as the sum of theses and antitheses. In Shariati's analysis of history and man, the first and second multiplications of dialectics are the flow of good and evil, which, in contrast to each other, transform history and man, and finally, with the victory of the right current, this struggle reaches its end.

Ibn Khaldun, one of the founders of history and sociology, has been considered by many scholars in the world in recent centuries. The diversity of his subjects has attracted the attention of a wide range of thinkers and researchers in sociology, anthropology, history, economics, political science, educational sciences, geography, and demography. Many writings about his thought show the importance of this great Muslim thinker. But what has received less attention from scholars in Ibn Khaldun's views and works is his detailed discussions of social issues and harms. The present study, focusing on Ibn Khaldun's analytical approach to the study of social problems and harms that has focused on the situation of Islamic societies in the great geography of the Islamic world, with the Documentary Research Method and focusing on the text of his main work the “Muqaddimah” from the descriptive approach has been used to identify, extract and categorize the themes and categories related to this subject in Ibn Khaldun's thought. The results of this study show that seven major social issues and harms have been emphasized by Ibn Khaldun throughout the book, including: the issue of "Poverty", "Marginalization", "Social Welfare", "Employment and Livelihood", "Housing and Shelter", "Social Security" and "Crime and Delinquency". What emerges from Ibn Khaldun's analysis of social issues is his focus on the conceptual framework of Civil Science; That is, it interprets all social issues in relation to the development of human society on the scale of urban life.

child in Christianity is defined by the belief in the first sin, which is inherently evil. Because the rebel has a divine command and a tendency to evil. Following this, the first sin in the child's nature must be washed away by baptism. Such a pessimistic view of children was introduced with the myth of Dionysus. The child of Dionysus deserves immorality, misbehavior, abortion, severe punishment, forced labor, lack of support, hunger, poverty, disease, illiteracy and ignorance, and so on. Christianity's view of childhood due to the humanist actions of the Renaissance and beyond, including the developments of the Church and the actions of the modern world in the twentieth century, Led to the transformation of the Christian approach to childhood and the weakening of the evil and Dionysian child approach. The religion of Islam considers the child to be inherently good and divine, the child is Apollonian, because the child has the Spirit of God in him and is infallible and holy. But following the power of free will may be tainted with sin and carnal contamination. He needs proper care and training so that he will not be infected with evils and sins, and his divine nature will be protected from any evil. Therefore, any physical, mental or psychological harm to the child is forbidden because he is a divine deposit and carrier of God's spirit; And he must be treated with respect and dignity, and he must be fully supported in the direction of growth and excellence.

Theoretical controversies about the relationship between modern science and religion have created a kind of classification of social thinkers. In this regard we can name three macro approaches of modernistic science, modified science, and Islamic traditionalist. Each of these approaches have discussed the possibility of religious science in general and Islamic social science in particular, and all of them are relied on philosophical presumptions targeting characteristics of an ideal society. This has resulted in disagreement and lack of social perspective needed to social theorizing. "Argumentative sociology" is a new format of epistemology in the realm of philosophy of sociology considering cultural and social changes in the new era. Argumentative sociology, emphasizing on the philosophical presumptions of theories of sociology and indicating desirable features of society, suggests that, with the help of more rational-philosophical axioms, it is possible to evaluate philosophical foundations of the theories and reach more reliable results via "experimental syllogism."

All sociologists in some way deal with two concepts of individualism and society, or social structure and human action. Accordingly, linking the two concepts, each sociologist prefers one to the other or establishes a relationship between them. Justice is a fundamental concept in Islam. Numerous thinkers have reflected upon it. The present article aims to study the meaning of justice from the perspective of Al-Farabi and Ibn Khaldun by a qualitative content analysis-based literature review, and in the end, assess their strategies of confronting injustice. It is worth noting that Al-Farabi and Ibn Khaldun belong to different historical periods, and have different views of society, class society, and humans. The goal of comparing their viewpoints is briefly focusing on their general similarities and differences. In general, these two great Islamic scholars have expressed specific philosophical points regarding justice. Considering the fact that the perspectives of these two Muslims are not limited to this world, their discourse belongs to the domain of Islamic discourse and, at times, has a divine quality. For instance, these scholars introduce justice as influenced by religion and jurisprudence, a fixed habitues of the soul; in addition, they consider absolute justice achievable only with Prophet Hood and Imam. Same as other classical philosophers, they view justice based on merits and worthiness. Al-Farabi considers justice to bear security, provided by Law. His Theory of Justice is completed with conformation of rights and the necessity of their sanction by the government. Ibn Khaldun believes social justice to mean securing the general interest, and considers it to be the basis for provision of construction and security. Therefore, the goal of this article is reviewing the meaning of justice from the viewpoints of these two Muslim scholars.

This article tries to investigate the range and some features of scientific realism from the perspectives advocated by Sayyid Jamāl ad-Din Asad Ābādi. It applies grounded theory, documentary research method, and some interpretative and exploratory views. Sayyid Jamāl has tried to reveal the capacity of religious knowledge including modern world, using hermeneutics insight and Qurān’s concepts reason, knowledge, and Jihād in the Companionship of knowledge and religion is one of his epistemological principles. To Sayyid Jamāl, the necessity of practical utility of Islamic knowledge and Muslims’ attention to the other scientific approaches, as positivistic methods, can play a remarkable role for reinforcing the scientific dimension of Islamic countries, as well as reviving Islamic civilization. In the light of Sayyid Jamāl’s methodological and epistemological logic, it seems that a recommendation to adopt paradigmatic axioms of the scientific realism can be a useful way to apply religious knowledge and/or Quranic knowledge , in addition of some modern scientific and empirical methods. Furthermore, the pragmatic manner and praxis (a combination of belief and Jihād) is among the practical features of Sayyid Jamāl’s social Knowledge
